This year was the 4th time when we use this flat and I am sure that is not going to be the last time! It has great location - high in the mountain with spectalular view. It is so quite, peaceful and relaxing.. and of course skiing is very easy - either using the two slopes in the back of the house - or taking a 15 minute drive to Lienz (Zettersfeld). Most importanly, the welcoming hospitality of the owners - Stefan and Astrid Duregger - makes us feel at home. We highly recommend it! Vassilev's family
