The property was extremely close to the beach (had its own access), it was very clean and wonderfully decorated. The two balconies overlooking the ocean were fantastic. The covered parking was also very nice.

The condo had an exceptional view! However, the building was very old. The unit was somewhat updated several years ago. Some updates were obviously DIY. The bathroom downstairs I don’t believe it’s up to code as I was using the bathroom/toilet and stood up and hit my head on the towel rack that was maybe 2 feet away if that.
The air conditioner/heater had units in each room and were difficult to turn on and off. Although I messaged my the homeowner and they responded quickly how to get the heater on. However, it still took me a while to figure it out.
