The home is nice. We had a great time however there is some sort of leak out front so standing water. The mosquitos were out of control. They gathered at the front door so inside they came as soon as the door was opened and the house shifted so there is a gap in the front door so they just kept coming in. It needs to be addressed immediately. The water is yellow brown and smells so that needs some attention. None of this stopped us from enjoying our trip. The house has an ocean view and the patio was very nice. Access to the beach is good. There were 6 adults and 2 toddlers and we were comfortable. It would help if everything is laundered off site so the linens don’t smell like the water. We loved the flaming room. Too cute. The bunk beds were great. The owner is reachable. The house is for sale so the new owners may do more upgrades. We would stay again. We had tons of fun.

Water in faucets was slightly brown. Had to use bottled water to cook and brush teeth.Stepped on a nail on the patio that was protruding upwards.
