About this house rental
Have a classic Gulf Coast getaway at this upscale, 3-bed, 2-bath Surfside beach house with room for 10. Two sprawling decks, Gulf views, and beach access just outside your door (less than a one-minute stroll.) You and your family will be on “vacation time” in no time!
Other perks: EV charging station, high-speed internet throughout, and a custom golf cart available for rent at a discounted rate!
Located in a quiet neighborhood just a one-minute walk from the beach, this spacious, well-equipped home is close to Surfside’s many family-friendly attractions.
We also have five other identical properties (including across the street!) if you need more space, or if this one is reserved.

AN IDEAL HOMEBASE
The living room is THE place to relax after a long day in the sun, with a big sectional couch, a 55” 4K Smart TV with Amazon Fire and Netflix, and a Nest thermostat for ideal temps.
But no need to fight over what to watch! With high-speed Wifi for streaming and an HD TV in every room—including all three bedrooms—everyone can watch what they want.
Just off the living room is the open kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinets. Enjoy meals at a dining table for 6, with room for 2 more at the kitchen island.
With a whole home water filtration system and RO filter on the fridge, you'll always have access to pure, great tasting water. (Surfside’s unfiltered water has high mineral content… you can taste the difference!)
3 BEDROOMS / 3 BATHS
On the main floor you will find the primary bedroom (great for the grandparents or other guests of honor!) with a memory foam king-size bed, and a full bath with a shower/tub.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms. The first has a memory foam king bed + twin bunks (sleeps 4) and the second has a queen bed + twin daybed with trundle (sleeps 4).
OUTDOOR LIVING
Outside, you’ll find an outdoor shower, a charcoal grill with a smoker for homemade Texas BBQ, and a grassy lawn the kids and doggos can play in (well-behaved pets welcome with a $100 pet fee). Catch a sunset from a lounge chair on of the two big balcony decks.
A full-size washer and dryer will help keep packing light. And don’t worry about packing beach towels and toys, they’ll be provided, along with folding beach chairs.

What a great stay!!!! We spent a month at this property and loved it! Great view of the beach with only a very short walk to reach it. The owners were very responsive with questions that we had. The fenced yard was awesome for our dog as well! It was also very quiet and private. Loved taking long walks on the beach with the dog each morning and golf cart rides to Surfin Rita's for awesome frozen drinks! We would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet beach vacation.

It's a great house! They've paid attention to detail and provided everything we needed. We did have to contact them because of weather related things and they were very responsive. There's a great fenced in yard for kids and pets. Highly recommend!

This was our first family trip with all three families. Location was good, but listing described 3 full baths and there are only 2 with an outdoor shower, making it inconvenient as my dad just recovered from prostate cancer and needed frequent access to restroom facilities. We made it work. We have been to Surfside many times, but will not be using this house again. Please make sure your listing is accurate and not misleading. We felt the owner blew us off as a casual inconvenience when we booked.
