Localização e decoração

Apartamento com mau isolamento; mesmo com o ar condicionado, a sala não aquecia porque o vidro da janela da sala que dá para a rua não tem estores e a caixa dos estores deixa passar o frio e o vento; na noite em que ficámos no apartamento houve uma tempestade e o vento entrava na sala - viam-se as cortinas a abanar; com muito frio na rua (Fevereiro)
