easy check-in, overall good facilities, beds and towels well made and presented, accommodates pets, excellent communication with host, reasonable price, property in good repair

although overall it was very clean, there were a couple of oversights, e.g. a cigarette end on kitchen counter. the WiFi was slightly unreliable and we couldn't get the air conditioner into cool mode as it was locked.
