The fact that I had an additional cost for parking

Breakfast had several different options which was nice. I thought the "sparkle waffles" was a unique feature. I loved that this location had a water fountain with a water bottle filler, much needed in Georgia! They were able to accommodate my later check in, which I appreciated. The room was spacious, very clean and exactly like the picture when I booked the room. The staff was incredibly friendly, everyone acknowledged you, which made the stay feel a little more personal. The location is within walking distance to a lot of shopping and restaurants and the Riverwalk is a short walk away.

Not ever being at the location before, the parking area to check in was not well defined. Part of the area looked like it said "No Parking" but it also said "Guests Only". So signage would've been helpful. Hotel parking was also confusing, as there is a parking lot with a gate just past the hotel entrance, hidden by trees. There is also a lower level parking lot down the street around the corner. In the room, there were a few cosmetic details (like where the ceiling was patched in the bathroom) but did not cause any issues or detract from the comfort.

Bed could have been more comfortable

Great location. Room was fine. Bathroom was very nice. The gentlemen who worked the front desk were nice and helpful.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE FACT THAT YOUR STAFF CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD BEFORE I EVEN ARRIVED. Nope that was not cool. The front desk had new people and there was confusion and we weren't properly checked into our room so our keys weren't working properly and wifi wasn't working but we did get it straightened out. I had asked for a quiet room and ya'll put us across from the cafe. That was odd. No view from the room - but the brick wall we were looking at was nice. LOL.
