The view of the ocean is amazing. Nice room, nice deck. Friendly lizard visits daily. Room was clean. Fully equipped kitchen and beach towels, washing machine. Etc

Parking wasn’t great being next to the pub as the room doesn’t have its own parking spot.we had to unpack the car from down the street. Guests upstairs weren’t noisy but you can hear the footsteps from early in the morning. Both fridges were very small with no freezer space, a ice cube tray couldn’t fit in. The lounges were different than the photos and weren’t comfortable

the view is worth every penny. There was also a pod machine, fridge, toaster etc. I was concerned about the noise, but it was fine.

The views are amazing

It outlines in the advertisement that it is sound proof. That definitely isn’t the case with loud noise from the apartment above. There is no noise barrier between the floor boards. There is no decent carving knife The glasses are poor quality and not even decent wine glasses The bed frame is poor quality and needs to be replaced as well as the mattress is curving in the middle Air conditioning is a must Toilet and basin need to replaced - too low and obviously very dated Either the price for this property per night needs to be reduced dramatically or the quality needs to be improved. Either way it is not meeting expectations.
