Bimbadeen – Unit 3 is a well-appointed two-bedroom apartment with ocean views and a convenient location close to Yamba’s Main Beach, shops and restaurants. With a generous balcony, comfortable interiors and everything you need for an easy stay, it’s a great option for couples, small families or friends travelling together.
The living and dining area opens onto the balcony, creating a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee, share a meal outdoors or settle in with a drink at the end of the day. A gas BBQ makes outdoor dining easy, while the ocean outlook adds to the appeal.
Inside, the master bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom has twin beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven and microwave, giving you the option to prepare meals at home or head out to enjoy Yamba’s local dining scene.
Ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans, multiple TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi (subject to service provider availability) and a washing machine and clothes dryer add to the comfort and convenience. The apartment also includes a dedicated undercover parking space, with intercom lift access from the car park.

The unit is very modern & well appointed & handy to shops, beach etc.
On Friday night after the hotel closed the street noise of people walking home was loud,however this did not happen on Saturday night when the hotel closed.
The main bedroom needs block out blinds on the windows as there is a very bright street light that shines in. We live on acreage where there are no street lights & it is very dark.This may not bother others who are used to more light.
We would not book this property again
