We have stayed at Ulmer Spatz previously, so we knew beforehand what to expect: a perfectly located place with a glorious history, but worn out and demanding some rework. Anyway, we can accept older furniture in the room and love coffee served in historic silver pots, as long as the atmosphere is right. And it is!
