No issues

Location is good. Close to bars, restaurants and nightlight. Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly. Bar stuff kept you waiting and just ignored you when waiting at the book.
Since this hotel was more expensive than many. We were expecting more. We had to change rooms due to the mattress being old and could feel every spring. Even the second mattress was the same. Causing back and hip pain. AC loud so couldn’t keep it on. This hotel costs a lot but they don’t look after the maintainer of it.

Great location. Very clean. Great buzz. Cleaner in the 4th floor was lovely. Aythumi was really welcoming and helpful in reception.
Lacked finesse compared to price. Was less LGBT centric on the Saturday morning. However, the pool party was excellent in the afternoon! Beds should not be at an extra cost to residents. €30 for the day!

Staff were great - hats off to them! Pool area was pretty decent too.
Bedroom was very tired. Absolutely need a refurb. The noise insulation was poor. I could hear people talking and then snoring in the next room.
