Axel Beach Maspalomas - Adults Only

Such a good location, really friendly staff, lazy days by the pool, popping to the poolside bar, great food in the restaurant, had a great massage after travelling there to work out the knots in my back. My second time at the hotel, and the staff remembered me - and the "welcome home" touch did bring a smile to my face.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, with comfortable facilities, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you to Aythami at reception, who is truly outstanding. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. His warm welcome, local knowledge, and willingness to help with anything I needed made a real difference and turned a great stay into a remarkable one. It is rare to find someone who combines such professionalism with genuine care for guests. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable. I felt very well looked after and appreciated the excellent service. I will definitely be returning in the future and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

I’ve stayed in Maspalomas many times, and if you want to experience the unique atmosphere the area is known for, Axel Beach is hard to beat. While it’s especially popular with the g a y community, what I like most is that everyone feels welcome here. A big thank you to Aytha and Daya for their friendliness and help during my stay. The visit was short, but it was enough to remind me why this place has such a loyal following. Great location, good atmosphere, and a genuinely welcoming team. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Maspalomas.

Staff were great - hats off to them! Pool area was pretty decent too.

Bedroom was very tired. Absolutely need a refurb. The noise insulation was poor. I could hear people talking and then snoring in the next room.
