Location is very good for shopping, restaurants bars and on good bus routes with taxi rank outside reception. I like the very friendly staff, many of whom have been there for years. I like how it is adults only so peaceful and relaxing especially around pool and in restaurant. I love working with kids but need a holiday from them.
The bathrooms are very tired and need a refurb. The baths which are not needed are chipped and peeling. I’ve noticed this in other rooms I’ve used over the years but the cleaners do an amazing job. Get rid of the baths and create walk in showers.
Outside the white facade is no longer white and needs to be painted.

Breakfast very nice, location perfect in normal weather conditions. Overall: Good looking hotel !
Because of the poor weather the hotel was Very cold and wet, (no extra blankets) Leakage into the room on floor, from the sockets and ceiling. Weather also obstructed guests from enjoying really nice sides of the hotel.
