De kamer op zich. Prachtig huis compleet in oude stijl maar toch nieuwe kamers Ontvangt door de eigenaresse was warm en goede tips voor de avonduren. Mooi beddengoed en handdoeken met de naam erop.

A lovely welcome from Patricia (fluent English) to this special old building just two minutes walk from the main square. A large, very comfortable room and bathroom with excellent aircon. Safe storage for our bicycles in a garage. A really nice breakfast at a large, communal table.

Het ontbijt was meer dan voldoende en goed, de locatie en de kamer zijn meer dan goed, de eigenaar zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

We hebben niets aan te merken.

We loved the historic beauty of the building, especially the authentic staircase. The living room provided a lovely and comfortable setting for breakfast, which was delicious and high-quality. The hotel's location is a significant plus, as it's close to the city center and just steps away from several excellent restaurants offering a memorable culinary experience.

The suite, while spacious at 100 m2, felt notably sparse and under-furnished. Having specifically booked the suite for an enhanced experience, the minimal decor was disappointing and failed to evoke any of the expected monastic ambiance. The bedroom itself, occupying only 20 m2 of the total area, felt tucked away rather than serving as the master bedroom one would anticipate in a suite of this size. Furthermore, the bedding was inadequate: instead of a proper queen/king-size bed, the room featured two single beds pushed together.
