Great central location and easy to access all the great restaurants.

Excellent central location right in the heart of the town. Easy access to all the great historical sites that can be walked to around the town. Great range of restaurants outside the hotel door. Hotel was clean and very comfortable and lots of information available on places to see.

Vehicle access is limited in the town so be prepared for a short walk to a parking spot. Our room faced one of the main thoroughfares in the town, this can be noisy late at night. Take earplugs if your a light sleeper, but it adds to the atmosphere of the stay.

Superb location, lovely traditional Tuscan room and balcony with views and great host

A wonderful stay in a charming, generous room with balcony and superb views. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of breathtaking historic Massa Marittima. Our host was warm and welcoming and easily contactable should we have needed anything - which we didn't, as everything was just as we could have wished!

Incredible quality and great atmosphere for a small price

This hotel is right in the historic center of Massa Marittima, in a beautiful street with lovely stores, restaurants and wine shops. There are various parking lots about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, one of which is free. The hotel is lovely and clean, basic but elegant. The room we had had a fridge, a tv and a well-maintained balcony with a pretty nice view. The host, Armando, is absolutely wonderful, and provided us with some great tips for sightseeing and restaurants. He checked on us several times via WhatsApp and phone to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended, especially for this price range.

The hotel surpassed every expectation we had. Just be advised: there is a small kitchen where you can make coffee, but there is no coffee machine or ground coffee present. This was no issue for us; like everywhere in Italy, you can get an excellent espresso in one of the cafeterias a few doors down the street.

central place, staff was very friendly and easy going although we were late with check-in (we had to call by phone)

room was a bit loud at night (we knew at the time of booking) but it was no problem to sleep and it was quite warm with the windows shut. We had to call by phone the staff to check-out. hard to find a parking place near the center.

Mooie kamer in het oude centrum

Een bijzonder mooie en ruime kamer, smaakvol ingericht. De ligging in het hart van het historisch centrum is perfect.

De kamer is voorzien van een mobiele airco. Die is hard nodig, maar hij maakt zoveel lawaai dat we hem 's nachts uit moesten zetten. Dat was onprettig.

Sehr zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Sympathischer Gastgeber. Sehr ansprechendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Das Zimmer speichert die Wärme, keine nennenswerte Abkühlung trotz zwei Ventilatoren. Nachts war es auf dem Balkon deutlich kühler als im Zimmer. Aber es war in der Tat auch ein mörderisch heißer Tag (38° C), das muss dazu gesagt werden.

Appartamento nel centro del paese. Ottima posizione. Camera molto grande con tutto il necessario. C'è anche un piccolo frigo con due bottigliette di acqua omaggiate. C'è il bollitore e tisane. Ci avevano detto di aver acceso il riscaldamento ma non si è mai attivato e non siamo riusciti a farlo partire. Nell' armadio c'era comunque una coperta di lana che abbiamo adagiato sul letto.
