AMR Ático Los Atalayones

The apartment was beautiful with the most stunning view from the wrap-around terrace. Everything you needed for a holiday was provided and the location was excellent, just a 5 min walk downhill to the beach and resort centre.

The check-in was AWFUL. After a very long day travelling we had to go to a bar to collect the keys. Then we spent best part of an hour trying to locate our actual apartment. The number on the keyring was NOT the number of the apartment. We had to send numerous messages back and forth using google translate to the lady who was supposed to meet us but had a 'family emergency'. The allocated parking space was also blocked and locked so we had to park in someone else's space. This was never rectified the whole duration of our holiday. The worst check in we have ever experienced.

Es la cuarta vez que visito Mojácar y éste es el mejor apartamento en el que he estado con diferencia y uno de los mejores que visito en España relación calidad precio. La gran terraza con vistas al mar y la montaña. Está todo muy limpio, organizado y tiene de todo. La persona que nos atendió fue encantadora y puntual. La piscina esta junto el apartamento y está abierta todo el año. Plaza aparcamiento muy grande. Situado en una de las mejores zonas de Mojácar Playa. El apartamento es muy tranquilo y la urbanización muy cuidada y sin ruidos… Tiene una ventaja que casi ningún otro apartamento en Mojácar Playa tiene que es estar en la parte alta lo que hace tener las mejores vistas al mar, amaneceres maravillosos y por el otro lado la montaña. Bajas las escaleras, luego una pequeña cuesta y cojes el ascensor de la urbanización de abajo, sales a las piscinas y ya estas en la calle bajando la cuesta te encuentras con restaurantes, un pequeño supermercado, chiringuitos y la playa.

La pena que estuvimos muy poco tiempo, seguro que repetiremos.

Dropped at a bar for pickup but our flight was delayed so didn't get in until 2am and bar closed

The flat has tremendous views but to get that we were at the top of the complex. Whilst we would stay again the climb would be unsuitable for a lot of people. The water pressure was very poor and couldn't drink water from the tap when it was boiled because of strong chlorine taste.
