From here, you have direct access to a 14 m² east-facing terrace with views of the beach and the Mediterranean Sea—a wonderful spot for al fresco dining or relaxing while enjoying the beautiful sunrises. The terrace includes an automatic awning and a manual awning for shade, with plenty of space for tables and chairs.
In addition, there is a second terrace at the entrance to the apartment, accessed by climbing the stairs from the front door, providing an additional outdoor space to enjoy the sun.
