Hyvä sijainti. Jokaisessa huoneessa ilmalämpöpumppu. Makuuhuoneiden ikkunoissa kaksinkertaiset lasit, joten kadun äänet eivät kuuluneet sisälle
Tarkoituksella varasin huoneiston, jossa kaksi kylpyhuonetta, mutta toista ei voinut käyttää kun siellä oli hyvin vahva viemärinhaju. Alaoven lukon avaus vaati opettelua; ensin avain perille saakka ja sitten millin verran takaisin.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, Aufteilung der Zimmer, Ausstattung....alles prima!
Leider war im zusätzlichen Dusch-/Waschzimmer irgendetwas undicht. Der "Gestank" war sehr störend. Hier müsste dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden.
