urashima INN - GANGI -

A fantastic location inbetween the two ferry crossing points to Mukaishima Island, a minute from Hondori shopping street and a 5/10-minute walk from Onomichi station. The hotel is clean and tidy with rooms overlooking the water. The rooms are rather small but not unusually so for Japan. Our bathroom and bedding were spotless but the carpet could've done with a wash. Slippers, pyjamas and toiletries are provided, and there's a water filter, tea‐making facilities and a great coffee machine in reception. A washing machine and dryer on the top floor are really handy, and the roof terrace has great views. It would be brilliant if breakfast was offered but understandable why not due to lack of space downstairs. The staff are kind, welcoming and professional. Recommended!

This property has a really nice view and location on the waterfront of Onomichi. The staff here were so friendly and kind and helpful with whatever we needed! Chika especially on our last day arrangements. It is a short walk to the historic covered shopping street. Restaurants and within walking distance to Onomichi station, temple trails and sky tram . It is a budget friendly hotel with smaller rooms and limited amenities but the rooms were very clean and comfortable with a very generous shower with AMAZING water pressure that felt great after a busy active day.

Everything was good and as expected from pictures and description of property. Things to know: many businesses in Onomichi in this area close on Tuesdays. But we toured the sky tram and temples on this day

perfect for an overnight stay or longer if you're on a budget. great location and they will take care of your luggage while you are biking the islands. No breakfast options but there is an excellent bakery nearby and you may use the lobby to eat-in (microwave available if needed).

Location and the amenities provided. The reception staff attitude was excellent. The room had all that we need with a great view of the wharf.

The room was a little small and the bed a little hard.
