Needs a good cleaning, but otherwise fine
The location and the price and great and it’s nice that there’s a kitchen and breakfast. Also they let us do an early check in.
The room could definitely be cleaner, there’s a lot of dust and trash under the bed and little bugs were going around (we did not get bedbugs, but we were worried about it, hopefully it’s something else). With a good cleaning, the place could be a super nice accommodation. Oh and would be nice to a have a hair dryer, and a kettle in the kitchen.

Penso che sia davvero impossibile trovare qualcosa di positivo quanto veritiero nella presentazione della stanza in questione
Bagno in comune con cambio biancheria non possibile a meno di pagamenti extra, camera sporca e priva di ogni comfort per non aggiungere di polvere mobili con adesivo per mantenerli muri con muffa insomma un soggiorno da incubo.

Na krótki pobyt będzie w porządku, ale bez wygód
Lokalizacja dla nas była w porządku, jest to kawałek od centrum, ale dla nas to nie problem, niedaleko sklep i troszkę dalej przystanek autobusowy.
Mieszkanie sprawia wrażenie niezbyt zadbanego, może się nie wydawać najczystsze. Bardzo zagracone mieszkanie, sporo niepotrzebnych rzeczy stoi wszędzie, co na pewno łapie kurz. Wygląda to jak mieszkanie starszej osoby, która nazbierała różnych dziwnych rzeczy i tak stoi. Zapach w pokojach też nieciekawy. Da się przeżyć jedna czy dwie noce, ale na dłuższy pobyt chyba już nie za bardzo. Wszystko jakieś stare, przydałoby się jakieś odświeżenie. Nie oczekuję luksusów, ale mam mieszane uczucia.

La stanza era molto comoda, gli spazi comuni puliti e ben organizzati e la comunicazione con l'host ottima.
Capisco l'esigenza di tutelarsi ma la richiesta della caparra l'ho trovata un pochino antipatica e può incutere una leggera diffidenza nel futuro ospite. Comunque è andato tutto bene! :)

Il letto era comodo, parcheggio vicino gratuito.
Terribile. Doccino rotto, casa e camera sporche, colazione praticamente inesistente. Orribile. Non lontana dal centro (15 min) ma in brutto quartiere.

Letteralmente niente, la struttura è sporca, puzza e non rispecchia affatto le foto caricate sul sito.
È stato veramente spiacevole, siamo entrati, abbiamo visto la situazione e siamo usciti perché non si può rischiare di prendere malattie dovute alla sporcizia.

Il peggio
Da vent'anni viaggiamo frequentemente. È il peggiore b&b in cui ci siamo trovati. Le chiavi, prese nella cassaforte esterna, aprono con molta difficoltà il portone, il rischio di non rientrare dentro casa è davvero elevato. Due asciugamani, uno per bidet e l'altro per il viso che dovevi utilizzare anche per la doccia, nessuno sportello o serranda alle finestre, letto addossato al muro su un lato e sull'altro testata staccata dal letto che poggia sul termosifone, lampadina al posto del lampadario, armadio ingombrato e fatiscente, assenza di un comodino o altro dove poggiare il cellulare, ciabatta mezzo rotta dove inserire il cavo per la ricarica dello smartphone, camera fredda, bagno e cucina totalmente inadeguati. L'host gentile ma esperienza che più negativa di così non poteva essere.
