Sompting Village - Close to sea and South Downs

Everytime we've stayed it's always very clean and theres a welcome basket. Back garden is very quiet, good to relax in after a good night's sleep

If I had any criticism, it would be purely that I personally would prefer a washer to a dish washer but that's being highly critical as I dont have a dish washer at home

The hosts couldn't have been more helpful. A lovely bright property with large windows and an outside courtyard. We were welcomed with a hamper of goodies and even a bottle of Prosecco! Milk was already in the fridge and tea/ coffee, sugar was also provided. The kitchen had everything we needed, good frying pans and everything was spotless. Even though my family visited in Oct/Nov, we were always warm. The smart TV was brilliant, in fact, I think I need to buy one similar for my own home! Upstairs was again spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable having lovely high quality linen and the bathroom had towels and soap provided. We very much enjoyed our weekend stay and would definitely return again.

Personally, I would have liked to have a traditional oven, but the microwave/oven combi was absolutely fine for a short stay. This certainly wouldn't stop me staying at the property again.

The property was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Bedlinen was very high quality. The owner was very friendly and approachable and the welcome hamper was a very nice gesture.
