Excellent location, a short walk from seafront and town centre. Nice and quiet. I think the location description of Broadwater is misleading as it is central Worthing. Also the name 'Lovely annexe.." undersells it, as it is a nice apartment with own front door.
I got a bit confused by coffee machine instructions being a video accessed by QR code! Would have been better to have a line by line printed instruction, but a minor quibble.
