I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at [Beachwalk Resort Hallandale Ocean and Canal], as the conditions and experience were far below what was advertised or reasonably expected. Upon arrival, I discovered that the apartment was significantly smaller than described. The listing suggested it was a studio, yet in reality it was closer to a small closet, lacking the space and comfort represented in the advertisement. In addition, I experienced extreme disturbances throughout the night. The apartment adjacent to mine (1630 A) had loud music playing at all hours, and there was a strong smell of marijuana coming through the connecting access door. Around 3:00 a.m., I was forced to get out of bed and request assistance from the front desk, who then sent security to address the issue. Despite their intervention, the situation had already made it impossible for me to rest. I also attempted to notify you about the disturbance. Despite the circumstances and the lack of sleep I endured, I was told I still had to vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m., and my request to check out at noon was denied. This response was both disappointing and inconsiderate given the severity of the situation. Overall, my stay was extremely unpleasant and did not resemble the experience promoted in your listing. I am requesting a partial or full refund based on the misrepresentation of the accommodation and the unacceptable conditions I faced during the night. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly and professionally. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response. 1. It should be specified before booking that valet is the only option for parking and that it is cash only. 2. The hot water in my room did not work and was not fixed during my stay. 3. Two mornings in a row, I went to the VIP valet station (that I paid for), and the valet was nowhere to be found. One morning, I actually had to go find him on the third floor.

No AC in gym. Elevator would take anywhere between 5-10 minutes to arrive. We waited almost 20 minutes to get off our floor one time. Parking valet would take extremely long time to retrieve vehicle

30 resort fees a day added on top of the fees already paid, 100 per hour late check out charges, 30 a night valet parking, and additional charges for lost wristband or keycard. Elevator wait times are very long. Valet wait times are also long. No bathtub in room. Room was surprisingly very small with the bed frame being too large blocking the walk ways, so watch your sheens. Tv doesnt connect to wifi.

It is not what it says to be

The property is nice, however I believe they charge too much for nothing. Upon arrival there were two men in my room who claimed to be the owner. I was so upset and felt unsafe throughout my visit. The ceiling had a huge spot, looked like they were trying to paint it but never finish. I saw a roach in my room on my last day. I was very upset and I will not go back.

The apartment needs a "DEEP" cleaning from celling to floor.("DUST")everywhere. The sofa was FILTHY needs a "DEEP"cleaning from a professionnal company. I refuse to sit on it even with the sheet I put on. We ask about the cleaning of the apt.Maintenance response use to say, "it's the owners restponiblity for the up-keep of the apt."

Des frais supplémentaires de 30 dollars par jours jamais indique dans l annonce pour un ascenseur jamais fonctionnel une piscine rooftop fermée. J ai payé pour une vue sur la ville et la rivière et j'avais vue sur une autoroute au niveau de ma fenêtre avec en prime le bruit des voitures qui rendai très désagréable la terrasse dont nous n'avons du coup pas profite frizer complètement pris par 20cm de glace donc inutilisable et d ailleurs la porte était cassée. Du joint en silicone usage était colle au fond de la pelle a poussière

En general todo muy bien ; disponíamos de lo necesario ; playa cerca , una buena piscina , gimnasio ; cocina completa , la utilizamos varias veces , excelente Valet parking ; acceso rápido a muchos sitios de la ciudad .

Pequeños detalles que complicaron a dos de los cinco ; habían pequeños animalitos que les picaron una noche . Estaba cerca a la playa aunque no había facilidad para llevar bebidas y evidentemente tampoco baños cerca y todo hizo que regresáramos pronto , tienen que limpiar la habitación debajo de las camas evidencié que faltó .

Creo que es la primera y ultima vez que visito este lugar

Lo que mas me gusto fue la cordialidad de los chicos del valet parking y del personal de seguridad del edificio.

Creo que se pueden mejorar las instalaciones de la habitación. El baño tenia la grifería suelta, no había mucha presión en el agua y el servicio de toallas es muy escaso. Con respecto a la tv, era de vieja generación y no estaban disponibles las distintas plataformas de tv pago (Disney, Netflix, etc). Tampoco funcionaba el control remoto. Tampoco hay servicio de limpieza en la habitacion, aun cobrando una suma diaria en amenities. Con respecto al servicio de playa, dicen que te llevan en transporte hacia la misma, pero te dejan en un lugar donde tenes que caminar 10 minutos hasta llegar donde tienen silletas y sombrilla. La heladera es muy pequeña, ni siquiera entra una botella de agua de 1.5 lts... teniendo en cuenta que no hay servicio de habitacion.
