    Great value for money. I got this for roughly 6500yen / night during the period I was staying. The room and bathroom were both spacious, modern, and very clean, making the stay feel much more comfortable than expected for the price. A great option for anyone looking for a well-designed and comfortable hotel without overspending.

    The location is convenient and the room is just nice for a solo traveler. Has a microwave and kettle but no coffee and tea in room. 1 negative is the sole elevator. There was a breakdown for a few days and having a room on the 10th floor was not fun.

    The location is superb as it is just adjacent to the Animate street. And the Train station is a 8min walk The Hotel can do breakfast but is is just a bento box that is the same everyday (not recommended if you are a picky eater) The facility is great however there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer machine (with pay) so need to take turns There are many restaurants in the area including convenience stores nearby

    This is my first time staying at Livemax Ikebukurokekimae. Experience was a big letdown with the below three items listed: 1) Laundromat, just 1 washer and dryer. Different from the pictures shown and stated. 2) Lift, just one lift and the lift broke down for 2 full days. 3) Staff, it is the most negative experience when a non-japanese staff replied to you in Japanese when I'm conversing in English.
