    The location is very good while the room size is good as well for a family of 3. Though the washroom is a bit small and no bathtub. The overall experience exceeds satisfactory.

    1. Value for money - as we book earlier so around SGD110 per night 2. Close to Ikebukuro station - station is situated at the same row of street 3. 15min walk to Ikebukuro bus terminal to transfer to and from airport to hotel 4. 7th floor there is washing and dryer machine at JPY300 per wash (31min); 100 Yen dry (30min) 5. Lots of eatery, restaurant, and mall around
