    No elevator. Room super small

    That’s almost new property but designed very stupid. When you out from the bathroom make you head down look at the step than hit useless cabinet by your head. I stay there two times but will not again because suspect not Japanese people run it. Cleanliness no good, lot of dust especially on the fridge top. Counter top oily spots, want to vomit when see, I cleaned by myself. Dirty spots on the carpets. Don’t expect your towels be changed even if stay 5 days or so. Will never stay there again. I am afraid bed lining same dirty standards also

    The location is excellent. You are close to the yamanote line, the Y and M line of subway. The neighborhood is calm and only 3/4 blocks away from main street of Ikebukuro

    The accomodation is quite unique because the building has 5 floors. If possible ask for lower floor otherwise you have to climb upstairs with the luggage. The room itself has a complete facilities microwave, stove, fridge and washing machine.
