Leventis Villas Complex with Sharing Pool

We loved the location, we had our own driveway for the car and our villa Christina had its own, enclosed pretty garden with adult chair swing and other small children’s play equipment. The villa has 3 bathrooms and two bedrooms which each have a balcony, there is also a covered balcony to the front of the property along with a table and chairs. The open plan living room/kitchen is large and had a wealth of utensils including a kettle and two coffee machines (one filter and the other a pod machine) and plenty of crockery and cutlery. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We found several traditional, family owned taverna# within a short drive and Trapezaki beach is delightful with waiter service and comfy loungers. The shared pool was lovely with plenty of loungers and we had it virtually to ourselves during our stay. I highly recommend but strongly advise hiring a car.

Fridge was a bit old.

dimensione dellle camere e dei bagno sopra la media; perfetta per lunghi soggiorni di famiglie . il locale è una casa vera e propria dove si può fare ogni cosa. dispone di piscina comune non eccezzionale ma comunque accessibile facilmente. disolcata in zona leggermente defilata la struttura necessita di mezzo di trasporto per visitare le località limitrofe; 15/20 mn da argostoli centro di interesse piano di locali con passeggiata e porto.

difficile da trovare al primo approccio, distanza dal centro, struttura non nuovissima , da migliorare con ristrutturazioni e arredo.

The area of the villa was in a good location, the villa was big enough lovely grounds quiet place good wifi.

The pool did not seem maintained and the cleaning inside the villa could have been better.
