Agriturismo Cassinazza

Wir haben diese Unterkunft für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf der Heimreise von Italien nach Hause gebucht. Die Lage war super - landschaftlich schön gelegen und sehr ruhig. Sergio hat uns mehr als nett begrüßt und aufgenommen. Als ich mir zunächst ein kühles Bier bestellte, wurde mir unaufgefordert ein Brett mit Salami, Käse, Oliven und Brot dazu gereicht - sehr lecker! Unser Zimmer war absolut okay - wie viele andere bereits bemerkten, könnte das eine oder andere erneuert werden, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. In dem riesigen Doppelbett haben wir extrem gut geschlafen und die Klimaanlage hat für angenehme Temperaturen gesorgt. Die Entscheidung für diese Unterkunft hing auch mit dem Restaurant zusammen, welches in das Agriturismo integriert ist. Hier haben wir am Abend sehr gut und lecker gegessen und am Morgen ein reichhaltiges, leckeres Frühstück genossen. Alles in allem war es super dort - klare Empfehlung!

Die Möbel im Zimmer haben einen leicht morbiden Charme, was uns allerdings überhaupt nicht gestört hat.

It is beautiful and comfortable

We kregen een bijzonder ruime kamer. Het is een rustige en heel mooie omgeving. We hebben er heerlijk gedineerd en op de morgen van ons vertrek prima ontbeten, met een ruime keuze aan brood en beleg en drinken.

Location is exactly what is informed and what can be expected from a farm-stay. Arrival down the lane with animals to one side and mais fields to the other - is great. Real cosy court yard used as restaurant. This place has everything to get very happy feedback from ALL guests (if just the owner would read the reviews about his staff)

There was a problem with our toilet, that was actually disasembled when we came. Ower tried to fix it but it only worked once after that. Asked to have it fixed again later, but as owner was gone we had option to change to a smaller room away from our other room. So I ended up spending time to fix the toilet my self - (at least to it would not be running water all the time). Not a big issue and at least they tried to solve for us. Main problem which is so sad as the place truly has big potential: As many others have already written - there seems to be a huge problem with staff. From first second we arrived, we felt like they prefered we did not come. Some office "staff" were more or less hanging in the chairs counting seconds to get out of there. Not friendly. In spite there was not many guests the restaurant staff were running around like chickens with no read. When passing our and other tables they were busy looking down, in stead of seeking eye contact. everyone tried to look busy and were stressed. When one came to ask if he could service us and we told what we needed - he said "okay okay, but I must first help that other table as they are waiting for me". Later he was angry that our kids had taken an ice-cream from the fridge eventhough it was him self that had told we could take it. Over all sad. I hope the owner will spend some months during low season to work with his staff, so future will be positive.
