A Beautiful Place
Manuela and Michael are Amazing Hosts. They even picked us up from the Innsbruck station .The House was Beautiful with Great ambience and Nice views of the Mountains. Everything was well arranged , Cosy and Comfortable. The Kitchen was well stocked and you need something can always ask. We stayed for 7 night with our teenage daughters of 15 and 13 and they Enjoyed Every day especially the Leutascher Ache stream with its Turquoise water nearby. Just a minute away from the Bus Stop. which takes you across the Leutasch valley.

Bad experience with the owner
The Apartment was clean, great location
Sadly the owner ruined it for us. We booked for Christmas one appartment and my in-laws a second one across the hall, my brother in law and his gf wanted to book also one, but all rooms were already full. So they came to visit us every evening for a few hours, as they stayed in a different hotel. As we learned lately from the owner, no VISITS WERE ALLOWED??! On the day of our departure we wanted to stay with my in laws for 2 more hours after check out (my in laws were staying for 4 more days and of course we vaccated our room according to check out time), because we wanted to go for the kids afternoon nap (they are 2 and 3). But the owner became very aggravated stating that check out means that we have to leave the PROPERTY and not only the room, that our behavior is not normal and she has to protect her business. She made us feel like we were some horrible people taking advantage of her. Of course we left as soon as possible. Never again this Landhaus!

Best Service I’ve Ever Experienced!!!
Cozy, comfortable, quiet, clean, beautiful valley and mountains surrounding the apartment. Walking trails, bicycles provided, free pass to a fantastic swimming complex. Absolutely wonderful!!!

Superb
Host very attentive and always happy to help. Offered lifts to and from train station if needed and advice on where to eat after arrival. Was always happy to help out with any small queries we had.
Kitchen utensils a little understocked, a better knife would be nice. A little more salt and some pepper would also be good. Was still perfectly adequate.
