The Ahrnspitz apartment is located on the first floor of our house, measures approximately 55 m2, and can accommodate 2–5 people. The apartment is comfortably furnished and features

Our small, cozy house, with just 2 vacation apartments, is nestled amid expansive meadows and fields in the Gasse district, at the foot of the impressive Wetterstein Mountains.
The ideal place to relax, recharge your batteries for everyday life, or simply unwind.
In the SUMMER, from May through October, we offer our guests FREE DAILY ADMISSION to the new LEUTASCH ALPINE ADVENTURE POOL.
Thanks to its convenient location in the heart of the Leutasch Valley, our hotel is the ideal starting point for numerous biking, hiking, and mountaineering tours.
For CLIMBING ENTHUSIASTS, the Olympic Region offers numerous via ferrata routes and climbing areas with varying requirements and difficulty levels. Whether it’s an easy climbing route for families or professional sport climbing—climbing fun and variety are guaranteed.
The “Chinesische Mauer” climbing areas and the “Flämenwandl” family climbing garden are located right near our house.
In WINTER, you can access the cross-country and skating trails right next to the house. A cleared walking path also runs right past the house, inviting you to take long walks through the snow-covered winter landscape.
As guests of our house, you can enjoy the entire CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING and SKATING FACILITIES of the OLYMPIC REGION daily at NO COST.

Die Lage ist für Langläufer direkt an der Loipe ein Traum. Der Blick auf die Berge und das Tal sind super. Der Sonnenbalkon am Vormittag ist prima. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung mit Blick auf die Wiesen des Leutaschtals bietet alle Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Wir haben die Ruhe in der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten (auch für Urlauber mit viel Gepäck geeignet), sehr gepflegt und verfügt über einen schönen, großen Balkon. Wir haben uns bei den sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir haben die Wohnung somit auch schon weiterempfohlen. Wir haben uns in den paar Tagen herrlich in der wunderschönen Umgebung erholen können. Die Wohnung war gepflegt, ordentlich und sauber, die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Auch mit Hunden ein sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut. Gerne wieder.

Ein herrliches Feriendomizil mit vielen möglichkeiten der Urlaubsgestaltung,
Wandern , Fahrradfahren, Faulenzen, usw, ein Ort wo Mann/frau die Seele baumeln lassen kann und herrlich entspannt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr Sauber und Ordentlich und die Vermieter seht freundlich und zu vorkommend rundum ein perfektes Feriendomizil. Wir werden es wieder genießen.
