Da migliorare il cortile di ingresso ( un pochino trasandato ) e per la colazione ( visto che prevista ) la migliorerei magari con prodotti locali e non da discount.

The location is great, right next to the beach and close to the old town as well. However it can be very noisy at night especially on the weekend, so make sure you bring your earplugs as the walls are very thin. The shared kitchen was very convenient, it was well equipped to make a simple dish like pasta if you wanted to. The host was very nice, he let us store our luggage at his place on the last day.
The rooms and especially the bathrooms need a complete renovation...bathroom was not very clean, there was mold all over in the shower. The walls of the bedroom would need a fresh coat of paint.
