The location
Confortable room
No beach towels for our first day. Had to ask for a while before getting them the second day.
Had to request for towels for the room which took for ever
No bathroom amenities (we also had to request for them)
Normal rooms dont get a bathrobe (only for suites apparently)
Only tiny water bottles in the room (while the tap water is not drinkable)
