    I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hilton Taghazout Bay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and housekeeping did not meet the standard I would expect from a five-star hotel. The hotel also feels quite dated in certain areas and, in my opinion, does not fully live up to a five-star standard. The main highlights are definitely the beautiful outdoor pool and the direct beach access, which are the real selling points of the hotel. I also found the service to be slower than expected, with staff sometimes taking quite a while to assist with requests. Overall, there are some lovely facilities, but I feel the hotel could significantly improve its housekeeping, service and general upkeep to match the standard you would expect from a five-star property.

    The rooms were spacious and clean, complemented by excellent facilities that made the stay comfortable. The location was decent for walking around, and sleep quality was good. Staff were okay but not outstanding. However, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, which affected the overall experience and value for money.
