Family Apartment Ocean & Mountain Views & Heated Pool

The view is absolutely stunning throughout the day and is one of the highlights of the accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped, and the facilities are generally good. However, we noticed that some of the cookware is not compatible with the induction hob, which can be a little inconvenient.

In the afternoon, it becomes extremely hot inside, making it difficult to stay in the apartment comfortably. The terrace is also hard to use during that time, as it is exposed to direct sunlight. Therefore, air conditioning and some form of sunshade or awning for the terrace would greatly improve the comfort of the accommodation. On a positive note, when we mentioned the issue, the staff kindly provided us with a fan, which we appreciated. However, during the hottest hours of the day, a fan alone is unfortunately not sufficient to ensure a comfortable stay.

Everything was great!!!no issues

Family of 3 (with a small baby), stayed for a few nights, and will definitely come back. A freshly renovated place, cozy, and tasteful scandi interior with everything very well through through. Place has absolutely everything you would need for your family vacay here. Two bathrooms and two separate bedrooms are super convenient. Owner has prepared the cot for our little one, but slightly larger children would have everything they need here as well. An a huge terrace with stunning views to the ocean, and the mountains - everyday with an amazing sunset in your terrace. Terrace 6 seat dining setup, and gas grill, and extra sitting is just so good. There’s a nice outdoor pool in the complex (heated only in winter season). Accessible only for the residents of the complex, with sun loungers and umbrellas. So very chill and pretty private. Private gated parking available in the compound, which was very convenient and felt safe. Note the place is in the “residential” more quiet part of Costa Adeje, so all the restaurants and other things are mostly a 5-7min drive away, or a 20min walk up and down the hill. But this is perfect for a relaxing family holiday, away from all the noise of main part of Costa Adeje. The owner met us at agreed checkin time, showed around everything. Very pleasant and helpful, including tips for the area, things to do etc. Great communication and a lot of care for the guests!

There was a renovation in the unit directly below us during our stay. I was worried about the potential noise in the beginning, but it was only occasional during daytime. The other aspects of the place and super sweet owners definitely compensates for any of it.
