About this house rental

Beautiful villa on 2 floors in the national park of Tradate, a town 30km north of Milan.
350 sqm with garden and swimming pool.
Capacity up to 14 guests.

1st floor:
-4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms

2nd floor:
- 1 double room with 2 or 3 separate beds
- 1 bathroom
- equipped kitchen
- large living room with TV, large dining area (excellent for group lunches or dinners) and fireplace - sofa bed for 1 person

3rd floor:
- 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom
- 2 single beds
Garden:
- dining / relaxation area with canopy and barbecue for outdoor meals
- Swimming pool with deck chairs to relax and enjoy the sun

1.2 km from the train station for Milan Cadorna (30 min), very central and nerve center of all transport in the city.
The Rho-Fiera complex is 30 minutes away by car.

For arrivals after 22:00 a late check in fee of 30 euros may be requested
Swimming pool open from June 15th to September 15th.

War soweit alles gut. Die Zufahrt ist eine Waldstrasse, keine tiefen Sportwagen mitbringen. Erwähnenswert: Wir sind mit der Absicht hingefahren um etwas Party zu machen (Stand auch so im Beschrieb). Nach 30 Min. kam der Nachbar und es gab ein wenig Diskussionen, haben dies mit der Lautstärkenreduktion und einer Flasche guten Wein geregelt. Ging gut so für den Rest der Woche. :-)

TRADATE est une ville sans charme, un peu trop loin de Côme ( 40 min). La maison est conforme aux photos, mais le sous-sol est en chantier, pas disponible. (pas de deuxième cuisine, ni de troisième chambre) Elle est isolée dans la forêt, trop loin pour se passer de voiture. Tout ici est resté figé dans les années 70. ( la déco, la faisselle, le mobilier, les canapés défoncés ). La cuisine est petite et sombre, les ustensiles sont usagés. Une belle salle commune. Une chambre en mezzanine donne en surplomb sur le séjour. La nuit, des animaux (des loirs) courent sous la toiture, ce qui est n'est idéal pour dormir en paix. Le Barbecue de dispose pas de conduit de cheminée. Inutilisable sauf pour faire de la viande fumée de celui qui s'y colle Belle piscine mais personne n'est venu l'entretenir pendant notre séjour. un point positif : la mère du propriétaire qui nous a reçu est charmante, et s'est empressée d'acheter un parasol à notre demande. Ce serait une belle location si le propriétaire faisait l'effort de l'entretenir, de la rénover. Le qualificatif de "luxeux" de l'annonce est mensongé.

Huset trænger til en kærlig hånd. Dejligt hus med god plads, dog bliver det noget negativt at der så meget fugt i kælder. Udendørs overdækket spiseplads direkte fra køkken, hvor der var en dejlig pizza-ovn og grill. Der var rigelig med håndklæder og andre småting til madlavning. Køkkengrej var dog meget slidt, ikke mindst gryder, pander m.m. Pool-område fint - Poolen blev rengjort ved ankomst plus en gang mere. Der blev købt ny wi-fi som dog kun havde begrænset rækkevide, og lav hastighed, kunne dog accepteres.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Tradate war wunderbar. Wir haben dort 9 Nächte mit 10 Personen verbracht. Das Grundstück samt Pool ist noch viel toller als auf den Bildern. Man hat dort seine absolute Ruhe, muss jedoch berücksichtigen dass man für alles ein Auto braucht. Das Haus ist riesig und bestens geeignet für eine große Gruppe. Vor allem das Wohnzimmer mit großem Tisch ist für regnerische Tage und entspannte Abende empfehlenswert. Das einzige Manko ist das etwas feuchte Erdgeschoss. Mailand ist von Tradate schnell mit dem Zug erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!
