An exceptional antique gem in Italy!!

This house is unique. It is antique but very well-preserved, with spectacular wood and marble floors and large spaces to enjoy with the family. Patrizia was very attentive and immediately resolved any problems or questions, explaining everything about the house perfectly. It is important to request that the heating be turned on two days before arrival during the winter. Thanks Patrizia and Marco, for your exceptional trust and help during our rush check-out!

Great spot for relaxation!

We were met by property manager Patrizia, who gave us a guided tour of the property. We were only 2 couples, so the house was very large. Lovely indoor and outdoor spaces. Our own private pool with 2 levels of terraced seating areas. This would be ideal for a large family or larger group of friends. We cooked in on all but 1 evening. Great grocery shopping in supermarket, Tigris, in a nearby town called Ispra. Close to Laveno ferry service for Lago Maggiore. Owners Marco and Tanja were so accommodating and helpful with directions and suggestions for day trips.

An Absolutely Perfect Stay

We stayed at this incredible villa with a large group, and it was nothing short of amazing. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and each one feels like a boutique hotel suite. Every detail has clearly been thought through to offer maximum comfort and luxury. The garden is simply a dream – vast, lush, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of cozy seating areas throughout. And the pool? Absolutely stunning – we could’ve spent the entire vacation in it! But what truly makes this place stand out is the total privacy. The villa is secluded and peaceful, giving you that wonderful feeling of having your own private paradise. Also, the hosts are very responsive and happy to assist with any request :)

The villa is designated as a “green villa” and therefore has a built-in limitation on electricity consumption. As such, one should make sure that for example - when using high-powered kitchen appliances for cooking or baking, other household devices are turned off as much as possible to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping.

Exceptional

It was one of the best lodging experiences ever. Villa is large, very well designed and in perfect condition - both building and garden. Owners are very friendly and very responsive - and open for any requests even not directly related to the house (like organizing bikes and even guitar for our stay, and helping with the covid test for the return flight). I am sure we will be back soon.

Villa for a great time at Lago Maggiore

The house is amazing and was even better than we expected from the pictures. The house and the pool are just great and you can really relax and have a great time at the villa. We were 11 persons and had enough space. In the house, you find everything you need, especially the kitchen.

It would be great to have a second key for the gate and the house.

Splendido Natale a Green Hill

Tutto favoloso ! Abbiamo passato il Natale in questa meravigliosa villa. L’albero di Natale che ci aspettava, così come l’accoglienza calorosa e professionale di Patrizia, sempre disponibile a distanza per qualsiasi domanda. La villa si sviluppa su 3 piani con spazi ampi e confortevoli per un grande gruppo come il nostro. Possibilità di stare tutti insieme o di avere un po’ di tranquillità in una delle varie aree più calme. La villa era pulitissima, arredata in modo caldo e accogliente: si ha veramente l’impressione di essere ‘a casa’. L’immensa cucina è corredata di qualsiasi cosa serva per cucinare. Diversi prodotti di base già presenti, come olio, zucchero, sale, caffè, saponi. Letti comodissimi e stanze ben posizionate per non disturbarsi a vicenda. Ogni camera ha un grande bagno a disposizione, tranne una che condivide un bagno con un’altra camera. Data la stagione fredda, non abbiamo potuto approfittare del giardino, ma nella bella stagione deve essere molto piacevole poter pranzare fuori con la vista sulle montagne e il lago in lontananza o fare un tuffo nella grande piscina. La villa si trova in una zona residenziale, con poche case nei dintorni, quindi molto tranquilla. Infine, la comunicazione con i proprietari prima e durante il nostro soggiorno è stata impeccabile : sempre gentili e veloci nelle risposte. Torneremo!

Tolle Unterkunft für grössere Familien oder Gruppe

Die Lage des Hauses ist super ruhig im Grünen gelegen. Der eingezäunte und sehr gepflegte Garten mit vielen Blumen und Pflanzen ist absolut fantastisch, so konnten wir unsere 2 Hunde ohne Probleme draussen herumlaufen lassen. Die Küche ist mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht ausgestattet, so waren auch zb. Kaffee, Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze, Essig und Oel da. Sehr schön ist die gedeckte Terrasse mit dem grossen Gas-Grill und die zweite riesige Terrasse im Freien mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die beiden Kühlschränke und die zusätzliche Kaffeemaschine bei der gedeckten Terrasse sind super, so muss man nicht immer in die Küche im unteren Stockwerk. Der Pool ist gross und sehr gepflegt und es hat ausreichend Platz für die Liegen, Badetücher werden auch genügend zur Verfügung gestellt. Geschätzt haben wir, dass der Pool eingezäunt ist, ideal mit kleinen Kindern oder Hunden, die nicht baden sollen :-). Das Haus hat einen tollen Grundriss und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind alle angenehm gross und haben super bequeme Betten. Kontakt und Schlüsselübergabe: Wir wurden von zwei sehr zuvorkommenden, freundlichen Raumpflegerinnen empfangen, die bei einem kleinen Problem auch sofort Rücksprache mit dem Besitzer nahmen. Sie haben uns herum geführt und uns alles erklärt und sogar beim Ausladen unserer Esswaren geholfen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön, wir haben das sehr geschätzt!

Week end entre amis avec enfants pour célébrer une grande occasion.

La maison est magnifique et très bien équipée. Le jardin est bien entretenu avec beaucoup de fleurs. Les enfants ont passé leur temps à l'explorer de la piscine à la petite aire de jeu à l'ombre tandis que les adultes profitaient de la terrasse couverte. Un grand merci à Tanja et Patty qui nous ont accompagné et aidé dans l'organisation de notre séjour.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem schönen Pool und bei gutem Wetter ist es ideal. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und man hat viele möglichkeiten für spiel & spass.

Es hatte ein paar kleine Mängel aber nicht der rede wert.
