About this villa rental
On the sunny and scenic hill behind the centre of Verbania Intra, just five minutes' walk from the lake is Villa Il Motto, a well-preserved period villa with renovated main services, which from the 2025 season will have a magnificent swimming pool with solarium and panoramic lake view. On the ground floor there is a living room with lake view and TV, a large dining room with another living room that overlooks the covered porch furnished with table and chairs, a large well-equipped kitchen, a small service bathroom and a flat consisting of a bedroom with double bed and a staircase leading to the attic where there is a small bathroom. On the first floor of the villa there is a double bedroom overlooking the lake with balcony and private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom communicating with a small bedroom where there is a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower and bath. On the second floor there is another double bedroom with lake view and another bedroom with two beds that can be pushed together and a bathroom with shower. In the semi-basement there is a small kitchen/tavern, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and the laundry room. In front of the villa there is a large terrace equipped with an awning, large dining table and sitting area with a magnificent view of the lake.
The new swimming pool is 4 metres x 9 metres and 140 cm deep, around which there is a solarium with sun loungers and parasols offering a breathtaking view of the lake and the town. Inside the property there are 3 parking spaces reserved for guests. Villa al Motto enjoys a magnificent position with an unsurpassable panorama in the midst of greenery just 5 minutes‘ walk from the lake (via a small road) and only 5 minutes’ drive from the centre of Verbania. Pets are welcome with a fee.

Large property with plenty of spaces for socialising and relaxing inside and outside. Excellent views over Verbania and Lago Maggiore. Location is good for exploring Intra on foot and surrounding areas by car or boat. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a short walk from the villa and several supermarkets within a short drive. Highly recommended!
