Convenient for the airport and the free pickup service is great.
Water in the shower was barely warm. Food and drink prices are exhorbitant..

The rooms are huge and there are various amenities that all of different ages can participate in. There are sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, pool, reflexology, gym, salon, karaoke room etc.
The journey to walk to our suite is very long as the rooms are all in one level. It’s like an infinity reaching to our room. Need to ensure that we don’t leave anything behind so that we don’t walk more.

Great facilities. Free gym, steam sauna and pool indoor but with natural light.

Staff are excellent. Helpful, friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you.
We spent 4 nights at the end of a trip as our flight schedule changed. And left feeling relaxed and taken care of.
Light in the room should be more powerful, hard to see in the bathroom or read in bed
Pool loungers would be better with cushions and wellness centre should be a quiet zone no noisy people shouting into their telephones
