Lose to hotel and a good value

The staff were wonderful and for that price I did not expect it to be as good as it was. There is a free shuttle to the airport.

Some may be off out by the surrounding area but as I was using it as a place to sleep for the night that did not bother me.

Proximity to airport was a big plus specially for early morning flights. Even late arrivals the staff was more than welcoming to receive you even after midnight. The room was sufficient enough and cleanliness was passable given the price. Located next to an Indo Maret was also a big plus if you needed to buy things without travelling.

Lack of refrigerator to store drinks/food. The wifi connectivity and speed was atrocious. Free airport shuttle schedule is somewhat limited though not a huge negative given my flight was at 8.30am but they only had a 6.am run at the earliest.

- Close to the airport. - Free shuttle bus (but not every hour, check with them) - Good value - Breakfast is Indo but decent. - Most staff except for the two guys I describe in the cons.

I stayed here 2 nights (second night was booked with another website). First night was pleasant as I was impressed by the kindness of the front desk staff, location(15mins drive to the airport), and the value of this place, even though the room wasn't super clean (hygiene level on the phone and remote controls, unpleasant smell on the pillows). So I decided to go back after I had an issue with my flight and couldn't fly. However, the new front desk staff (I don't think he was actually supposed to sit there as he was wearing the other uniform- orange) treated me like TRASH. The room he gave me had a gap between the window and frame so it was not sound proofed and I can see the possible issue of bugs coming in. So I asked for another room at the back side far from the main road as there are big trucks passing by all the time. The shuttle driver/porter came and told me that the rooms at the back are all full- which is clearly a LIE. Then I was put into a room that's closest to the road. The noise from the road was vibrating in the room (wifi in this room was terrible too) so I called the front desk. The staff talked to me like "Can't, can't, cannot! Why are you like this?". He clearly didn't care about guests and then he sent me the porter guy and he told me that the room has been used already so they can't change. At this point only thing I moved in the room was the decorating fabric on the sheet! I was NEVER treated like this by a 'hotel' staff. After a few hours of trying to nap which I couldn't, I asked again when there was another staff (with a proper black uniform) and he kindly moved me to another room at the back. Thanks to this staff I could rest well AND that is the only reason I am giving 5/10 score NOT 1/10. The management definitely needs to educate/train these two guys again. Absolutely not hospitable and poor English.
