Rock Pool Reach - Central Broadstairs with parking space, close to beach and town

The apartment itself was nice with good facilities

From outside it was scruffy with dumped furniture. I was reluctant to enter the building. Once inside it didn't improve, the carpet whilst of good quality was dirty and stained. This gave a poor first impression. The cupboard for clothes had a small rail and was half full of bedding. There were no places in the bedroom to put other clothing, we had to pile ours on a chair or on top of a desk.

Comfy bed easy walk to beach, parking

A toaster would have been good. Better instructions for hot water and heating. Bed very comfy but squeaked and moved okay for one person but would be a problem for two people.

No cupboards at all for clothing had to live out of a suitcase for 2 weeks No toaster or coffee machine Although the Apartment was nice the building it was situated in was well round down, filthy carpets, paint pealing off the gloss work and chip wood wallpaper, like going back into the 1970’s Overall great location with free parking and a modern Apartment but sat inside a building that needs massive clean up If the Apartment was set in a modern block it would possibly be worth its price range but vastly overpriced in this setting Trying not to be too critical as with a few tweaks like a wardrobe/ cupboard instead of the desk in the bedroom it would be up there

Location

No drawers for clothes. No toaster. Shower needs fixing. Fridge door doesn't shut well. No coffee table. Lid doesn't stay up when trying to fill the kettle. Bedroom & bathroom lighting not sufficient. Keys didn't fit very well for main entrance and property. No lighting at night from car park. Communal areas very tired.
