It was the perfect place for our short stay in Broadstairs. Beautiful room, spotless and with thoughtful extras - a few drinks in the fridge including milk for tea and coffee. Very peaceful road and only a few minutes walk from the beach and centre. Very friendly owners who made us feel very welcome.

Exceptionally comfortable and finished to a very high spec. Really enjoyed our stay and Joanne was a great host Little extras like the breakfast banana and porridge and the wine and chocolate in the fridge were really welcoming and special. Close enough to the town centre and the beach etc. Would definitely stay again. Thank you
Nothing really - it was a lovely stay all round. If I have to add something it would be that we were lucky to get a parking spot close to the property as a lot of dropped kerbs in the street. But this wasn’t an issue for us.

Great location, close to everything and very convenient. Everything was perfectly prepared and clean. The room was comfortable, and we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Fabulous accommodation. Room and en suite was immaculate and lovely and clean. Bed was very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as a mini fridge with milk, 2 mini wines, 2 bottles of beer and 2 pkts of Maltesers. There was even 2 porridge pots and bananas and a lovely coffee machine, which was a thoughtful touch. Joanne was so friendly, helpful and welcoming and gave us some tips on where to eat. Highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be back.
Nothing to dislike. Parking could possibly be an issue but we found a space in the street and it wouldn’t put us off a return visit as such a lovely stay.
