Great value for money the free snacks
The parking and no sensor light at the front door. But the good price made up for it.if you are not great reversing down steep driveway or can't do a 10 point turn in a tight space or have a big car this may not be the place for you

The tranquility - we felt safe and had privacy even with windows open. We could see garden and hear birds. It was very peaceful.

Thank you for providing breakfast and lots of little treats. This was a pleasant surprise. The location was great, nice and quiet street. Loved Alexa and the music choices..
Although it's called a private room, I felt we were in the house proper, even though it is at the bottom of the stairs with a screen divider. I would suggest putting a mattress protector over the foam topper, so this could be laundered.
