Five stars plus room and communication

A very clean and nicely designed room, with all the necessities and comfort needed. Our check in was very late, but Mr Theo kindly contacted us, and he unlocked remotely the accommodation. He was very supportive during our stay. When next day I called him accidentally, he called back straightaway to check if we are OK, or is anything he can help with.

Lovely 4 days in Thessaloniki

Comfortable accommodation, spacious apartment, excellently equipped. It takes 10-15 minutes to reach the center on foot. The host Theo is very kind and hospitable. We will definitely return to this apartment when we come to Thessaloniki again!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay in Thessaloniki. Near to the city center (10-15 min by walk) and out of paid parking zone. You can easily find place to park the car in the area. The host was so kind and responsive during all the stay. The apartment is fully renovated and equipped all you need - coffee machine, coffee capsules, air conditioner, iron, etc.

Don’t do it, stay somewhere else.

Good size apartment with washing machine.

The location is possibly in the dirtiest, most untidy areas in the city. Garbage piled at the front door, everything graffitied and smelly. The entrance and elevator are dodgy, reminiscent of Eastern Europe in the 70’s and no effort has been made to make it pleasant. The apartment was not really clean, the bedroom blinds were missing and hanging off crookedly, so we had to call the management to fix it up which they partially did. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Loved it!!

The apartment is close to the center, very clean and everything seems new. Exactly as in the pictures. Our host for the apartment was Theo, who was great. He gave us great local restaurants, bars and cafes which we tried, and they were as requested, nice and not expensive. We found free parking every day here: https://goo.gl/maps/pYZxe92R6s9HVyxy5 or at coordinates 40.642887, 22.936487 in Google Maps - 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Was very well equipped for a long weekend. Very comfortable apartment with everything you would need. We were in the one bedroom apartment and it was great to have the bedroom separate from the living area. The balcony overlooked some ancient ruins which was a bonus! A supermarket, coffee shops, vegetable markets and tavernas nearby. Was an easy 15 minute walk from the port. Georgios was great, he checked us in remotely and was super helpful on WhatsApp to answer any questions, provided us with an great local Greek restaurant for dinner and it was exceptional!

The room was quite small for two people but otherwise it was Amazing. We had all the necessary things needed. Very clean room, kitchen, and bathroom. The air conditioning was working fantastically, and so was the Wi-Fi.

The communication with the host was extremely easy and pleasant. He assisted us with absolutely everything we asked him for (including the reservation for the parking place). Тhe apartment is extremely clean, modern, cozy, warm and furnished with everything you need. We had a wonderful stay in Thessaloniki and if we come back again in the city we will stay at this lovely place.

The facility is very close to downtown, which turned out to be noisy. Naturally, the soundproof of the facility was not excellent and at night it was a bit noisy and harder to sleep from outside street noise.
