- very clean apartment
- has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, steam iron, iron board, detergents, soaps, etc
- the host is really helpful and we were in contact on whatsapp for the whole stay. When we arrived they were eager to give us food recommendations. We arrived during moschito season and they were happy to bring us some plug-In liquid vaporizers.
- near the subway station and buses.
- 15 min walking distance from the start of the sea promenade and from the balcony on the left side you can see the mountains especially in the afternoon.
- walking distance from many restaurants
- there were no insect nets.
- it can get quite hot in the afternoon, but you have two air conditioners in each room that you can turn on.

A very clean and nicely designed room, with all the necessities and comfort needed.
Our check in was very late, but Mr Theo kindly contacted us, and he unlocked remotely the accommodation. He was very supportive during our stay. When next day I called him accidentally, he called back straightaway to check if we are OK, or is anything he can help with.
