- a bit outdated furniture but this could be a part of the hotel charm
- we asked for an extra bed for the kid - extremely uncomfortable, creaking with the slightest move, with a very thin matrass. We understand that it is an extra bed but I believe it still should provide at least a mediocre comfort.
- very noisy at the night - we have a room facing the street and it was very noisy. Taxi stand right under our windows, people coming from the bars shouting, noisy car sounds - we heard that all even though the windows were shut. Even the sounds from the rooms corridor are not isolated in the room. Not suitable for sound-sensitive people.
- Breakfast - OK, but quite simple in comparison to my other stays. I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

spacious room
Very bad smell "welcomed us" during our 3 days stay from the entrance , to the breakfast etc..
I complained about it to the staff , they are aware of the issue but couldn't do anything about it
Bathroom problematic for aged people - very high bath without any handle - dangerous issue
Regarding the buffet breakfast , we had to ask for refill of empty dishes
