Clean and comfortable accommodation, but I'm not a big fan of the 'bedroom on the 2nd floor' thing. The staff spoke no English but had no problem checking me in, and I got my room early. The bathroom was huge and had a bath tube, and his and hers sink. Comfortable bed. Aircon in the bedroom. Fridge and kettle in the living room. It was a nice terrace, DSA, with tables and chairs. The winter garden was so beautiful. Superb breakfast included. Location is a bit far from the bus and train station, but close to the castle....but if you are doing day trips by public transport, the buses can be caught just down on the main road. Excellent WiFi worked everywhere.
2 of 3 light bulbs in the living room were broken. It was way too dark downstairs .None of the bed lamps had a light bulb in them. In fact one of the sockets for them had no electricity either, so no charging there. (Plenty of charging outlets elsewhere though). The soap dispenser fitted on the wall by the shower was totally empty. One of the wash basins had a stuck plug. The water in the shower wasn't very hot, so filling the bath tube wouldn't have worked
For the price you pay for this room, you really expect these little cheap quick fixes to have been sorted a long time ago.

Excellent location near to the main square . On the street a lot of restaurants . Big apartments , bed was fine .Good breakfast , good wi-fi .
They need to change pillows , they are small and poor . Also cofee mashin was broked and they don't have green tee .

When I travel, and need a room for one night, I have two importang things: the have a good rest, and to have a coffee in the morning. Well, the bed was terrible, I could hardly sleep, there was a big hole in the middle, and we only had one small pillow. After having a terrible night, we had to wait until 8 o'clock (?!?!?) to have the breakfest, but there was no coffee, only some kind of a terrible nescafe i could not drink. The coffee machine was out of order.
