The staff were exceptional. The pool and surrounding area was stunning. The food was incredible
The power point in the bathroom was almost impossible to locate.

Breakfast is great
Unfortunately, the staff came across as very unfriendly and inhospitable, which really affected our experience.
During our stay, water also started coming through the ceiling in our room. They moved us and upgraded us to the “Executive Suite” for the night, which we appreciated, but the situation itself was obviously frustrating.
The hotel is also quite far from town. In my opinion, the walk back and forth did not feel very comfortable, especially later in the day. There is a shuttle, which is helpful, but it only operates Monday through Friday.
Overall, there were a few positives, but the service, location, and issues with the room made the stay disappointing.
