About this apartment rental
The apartment is about 100 square meters and is located on the first floor of a large house built by my grandfather in the 60s. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, the house is just a few steps from the sea ... just get out of the wooden gate and find yourself immediately in front of a clear blue sea! 10 steps to the left and get to the “Canalone”, with fantastic rocks, 10 steps to the right to arrive at the sandy beach!.
From the terrace of the house, which is looking at the sea, you can lose yourself for hours dreaming of the intense turquoise of the sea, breathing the sea air mixed with the scent of pine trees, dining with friends with the light of the moon, the moon that reflects on the water of the caletta.
There are three double bedrooms, cozy and refined; a nice sofa bed is located in the living room of the big house, where there is also a fireplace to warm autumn holiday. There are two bathrooms where we have retained the original orange tiles from the 60s ! The kitchen, which looks out directly onto the terrace, is fully equipped; for those who prefer to cook on a barbecue just go into the garden, one large masonry is available to everyone!

the description of the place sounded really nice but in fact it was even better! sunny breakfasts on the terrace, happy kids spending their time at the beach nearby and restaurants, supermarkets and a great gelateria only a small walk away. thanks to our great host anna for this.

Wir sind als Familie mit drei Kindern im Alter von 15,11,8 in der Wohnung von Anna gewesen. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben, direkt am Meer, herrlich. Es ist eine Wohnung im ersten Stock. Ein riesiger Baum spendet herrlichen Schatten auf der Terrasse. Die Aussicht auf das Meer von der Terrasse aus ist grandios. Die Wohnung ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber hat viel Charme. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten und hat alles was man braucht. Ein sehr netter Freund der Vermieterin war unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Im Erdgeschoss führt eine etwas strenge Lady ein bed and breakfast. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Man wird sogleich in die Regeln des Bed and breakfast von ihr eingeweiht.
Für uns war es ein sehr erholsamer schöner Urlaub. Auch unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The apartment is located right on the sea and on the balcony you have a splendid view!!It is located above a B&B, you sometimes hear the guests. There is also a room of the B&B (with bathroom) at the rear of the apartment, just beside a bedroomwindow of this apartment: if there is a noisy guest you hear everything. And this while the owner of the B&B had already let us know on our first day that she expected us not to speak loudly…The photo’s you see online are old. The garden in the photo’s do not belong to the apartment. The apartment has a lovely balcony and a small shady seatingarea downstairs. Most of the outdoor furniture is old and not very comfortable. The apartment was very clean but apparently there were problems with the sewerage system, which regurlary caused a very nastly smell inside. The beds were very old and all the mattresses were extremely outdated. Anna immediatly had the beds and matresses in two rooms replaced after I complained. This was very helpful, but in my opinion this shoudn’t have been necessary. Anna was very communicative and responded promptly. She also went out of her way to repair the dishwasher (which was already broken upon arrival), it was eventually replaced after 10 days. Because the location is so fantastic, the problems with the bed were quickly resolved, and we aired the apartment as much as possible to get rid of the odor, we still had a wonderful holiday. But this apartment wasn’t as expected or as advertised.
