This year, you are thinking of possibly spending your holidays in Sardinia. Let yourself be tempted by our sheepfold "Gurharam", located 7 km from the center of Orosei. If you want to change your habits and find yourself in an "old-fashioned" and "rustic" atmosphere, our house will suit you perfectly.
This Sheepfold was built in 1963, to accommodate the shepherd and his animals. Since then, the latter has been furnished, while retaining its charm. Stop luxury and abundance; this house stands out for its traditional and rural side. So do not expect "high standing", but rather a simple house, in which each room, each room and each object has a story.
Our little house full of life and meaning will allow you to change your mind, cut yourself off from the world and transport yourself in a peaceful, calm and positive atmosphere.
You will be amazed at the silence that reigns there, and the panoramic view you will have of the Orosei golf course, as well as the small canyon located next to the course. The beach is 800 m as the crow flies, 1.1 km on foot.
Rental preferably from Saturday to Saturday.

We've spent three weeks in Sardinia with four dogs and we've really enjoyed our stay – not least because of the beautiful holiday home. You can't expect any luxury here, for the house and its features are rather simple, but you'll get nature and tranquility and two friendly donkeys as your only neighbors – making the house the perfect accommodation for those seeking a quiet place to relax. The staff taking care of the house is very friendly (and chatty – even though our Italian is rather bad) and always on the spot if there is any problem. Thanks a lot, Kevin!

If you want to stay lonely and cosy out of town, just among nature, donkeys and trees, then this is a great opportunity. An unpretentious barn on a hill, 5 minutes (by car!) away from a beautiful beach, to walk minimum 30 minutes. Very countryside. Very nice! Even though we did not meet Kevin face-to-face, he was always available by SMS and helped us to feel comfortable. The housekeeper Maria Giovanna also was present in case, she was very friendly. Thanks!

This is a real nice house. Basic, but you will find everything you need. The surrounding is great with long quiet beaches. Beautiful views. You can find supermarkets and other shops within a distance of 10 minutes by car and you can walk to the restaurant of the agriturismo.
