Great location, super smart hotel, interesting architecture, friendly and helpful staff

Not their fault, but Durbuy is very closed in an off season Monday and Tuesday. Quite a few of the staff, notably housekeeping and waiting staff at Limone were poorly trained (they forgot to service our room and the waiting staff were unable to answer the simplest of questions). Breakfast is advertised at an astronomic 42 euros...and is still a buffet (albeit with champagne). Why? It's less at the Savoy! Luckily the reception staff fully understand the absurdity of this and offered a far more cost effective coffee & croissant option.

Comfortable hotel. Nicely decorated in a good location. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms were spacious with good bed/bathrooms and nice amenities. Valet service.

€42 for breakfast is so ludicrously high that it ruined our impression of the hotel, even though everything else was fine. It was blatantly obvious that this is a complete rip off. We saw the offering and it is nothing special; standard buffet, no table service, nothing cooked to order, machine coffee etc. We complained and were offered a simpler breakfast at a reasonable cost, but this option is not mentioned on the booking platform, nor on their website or when we checked in.
