Great staff but disappointing overall

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet but not enough tables to sit everyone so the atmosphere was not really relaxing on a Sunday morning

Noisy, small dark rooms, low ceiling and beaten up bathroom. Poor value for money. Website is not really well designed, you need to pay extra everything except for the fitness which they should be ashamed of.

Boring, nothing to do. For the only thing this hotel has to offer - wellness, you have to pay. Rooms are dusty and dirty.

Chic and stylish hotel with spa facilities and multiple restaurants set in the centre of the pretty “city” of Durbuy.

Some options like parking and breakfast are pricey.

Good but overcharged

Location, modern design

1) Early check in before 3:00 pm only at a charge of 75 euro. if you arrive at 2:00pm they will really let you wait an hour although rooms are available. Thats just bad service 2) spa is very very limited and not worth the entrance fee 3) no complementary water in the rooom

Location was great. The restaurants were superb. Some of the staff were very attentive. Great breakfast and staff excellent.

The room was a little small for what we paid. The beds not too good. The bar area in the hotel was very poor. No staff available or were not attentive at all.

An extremely stylish place to stay whilst in the Ardennes.

Beautifully designed refurbishment of an old inn to which modern extensions have been added. The location is stunning and there are several lovely restaurants to choose from. Multilingual staff are friendly and professional.

The hotel’s virtual monopoly over the restaurants in the town does ensure high pricing of drinks and food akin to a leisure resort.

Exceptional

This is an excellent, new hotel. My room was very spacious, and perfectly quiet. The breakfast was amazing, dinner excellent also with multiple, very good restaurants just a few steps away. I will book here again, when I attend the Formula 1 Belgian GP!

an excellent stay at the right moment for us in an excellent hotel and the resto's were exquisite

Breakfast was very good! the room was quiet and fine and the staff, restaurants & bar were excellent ;-) Even the weather was fine. We will come back!
