Exceptional Hotel!
Great downtown location a block from the central park and adjacent to the Casco Viejo. Great restaurants and shopping are nearby; everything is within walking distance! There is a taxi stop across the street from the entrance. The train and bus terminals are about ten minutes away.
The hotel is small enough, so you get personal attention from the staff.
The breakfast is excellent.

This is a slightly old-fashioned 4 star hotel with, for us, 3 star prices. Perfect situation in the middle of everything that you want to see in Oviedo.
The hotel was showing its age: bed covers old and worn, shower slightly blocked with water not coming out evenly. Staff not that friendly.

Central location was excellent and close to central car park. Good shower. Clean.
Small bed, small characterless room. Bathroom very slippy when wet - and impossible to keep floor or surfaces dry thanks to counter-top basin - so wear spa shoes provided.
