Friendly staff.
Rooms were well ventilated when the many windows are opened.
Noisy at night due to busy streets all around(especially with the windows open!)

Good value and location.
No aircon. Room too hot. Why is it so difficult to change the system? They gave me a fan but it isxwind, not cool air. Very uncomfortable. Shower partition is not adequate, badroom will flood.
